Some people hate change. They see every shift as a threat — the glass half empty, something being taken away.

I see it differently. Change is disruption, and disruption always creates openings. The very thing that makes some people anxious is what makes room for the people willing to move. With change comes opportunity — and with great change comes great opportunity.

Look at AI. Most of the conversation is fear: job loss, people with bad intentions, etc. But this is the single greatest technological transformation of our lifetimes. The upside for anyone who leans in — who learns it, builds with it, reimagines what's possible — is enormous.

The change is coming either way. You can brace against it, or you can seize it. I'd rather seize the moment.
