If you're coming out of college right now, I know the job market feels brutal. Applications disappear into the void, entry-level roles are scarce, AI is replacing a lot of entry-level roles, and it's easy to feel like you picked the wrong time to start. I want to offer you a different way to see it.

Step back, and you're graduating into one of the most extraordinary moments in modern history — the AI revolution. I lived through the early days of the internet, and this feels even bigger. For someone just starting out, that's not a threat. It's the opportunity of a lifetime.

You have two incredible paths in front of you, and both are wide open.

The first is to build something of your own. AI has collapsed the cost of creating. A single person can now build products, companies, software, and content that used to require big teams and big budgets. If you've ever had an idea, the barrier to making it real has never been lower. There's never been a better time to start.

The second is to become invaluable inside an organization. Companies everywhere are desperate for people who can actually wield these tools — who use AI to do the work of ten. Become that person, and you won't be chasing jobs; jobs will be chasing you.

Either way, the move is the same: get your hands on these tools today and start. Don't wait for permission, and don't wait for it to feel safe.

These are amazing times. Go build. The glass isn't just half full - it's overflowing.
