Fail Fast, Scale Fast — by Dan Lynn

Most people are slow to quit. They keep pouring time into an idea long after the evidence says it's not working — because stopping feels like losing.
I've learned to do the opposite. Try things quickly, watch honestly, and the moment something clearly isn't working, stop. No ego, no sunk cost. That's failing fast.
But the other half matters just as much: when something does work, pile on. Move your time, money, and attention onto the winner before the window closes. That's scaling fast.
The speed isn't recklessness — it's how you give your best ideas room to breathe, by clearing out the ones that don't.
